The Monument to I.A.Goncharov. Bronze bust by A.Vetrov. Set up in 1948.
It was set up near the Dvorets Knigi (Ulyanovsk State Regional Scientific Library), where the collection of books and magazines, presented to the city by Goncharov has been kept up to the present time.
